Filtration, Clarification, and Downstream Concentration

  • Vacuum Bottle Filters: Sterile bottle-top and tube-top vacuum filters with PES membranes at 0.10, 0.22 and 0.45 µm for culture media, sera and reagents, irradiation-sterilised to SAL 10⁻⁶. Syringe filters come in MCE, nylon, PVDF, CA, SFCA and PES.
  • Centrifugal Spin Filters: JetSpin® PES centrifugal filters (0.5, 5 and 15 mL) at 3 to 100 kDa MWCO for protein and nucleic acid concentration. PES ultrafiltration membranes extend to 300 kDa.
  • PureFlow™ Capsule Sterilizing Filters: Single-use capsule filters for sterilising bioprocess media and buffers, in four sizes from 122 to 340 mm high.

  • IVF-Specialized Culture Dishes: Centre-well dishes, four-well plates and 35, 60 and 90 mm dishes for embryo culture, droplet culture, freezing and thawing. Made under ISO 13485 and GMP and third-party tested as non-embryotoxic, non-pyrogenic, non-cytotoxic and non-genotoxic (Guangdong registration GDMDR 20232181838).
  • ProGro™ Fetal Bovine Serum: Traceable, screened raw serum, filtered three times at 0.1 µm and aseptically filled in GMP cleanrooms, with endotoxin below 1 EU/mL.
  • ProGro™ Media: Serum-free and classical media including DMEM (high and low glucose), DMEM/F12 and RPMI-1640.
